6. Fees and Payments

All fees and payment terms will be clearly outlined in our service proposal or engagement letter before work begins.
Payment schedules, deposits, and invoicing timelines will vary depending on the service type.
Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services. Lexis Grey reserves the right to adjust pricing for future engagements; however, any ongoing project will retain its agreed terms.


7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel services according to the terms specified in their service agreement.
Refund eligibility will depend on the stage and type of service provided.
Certain services, especially those involving consultancy, branding, creative design, or compliance documentation, may not be refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been issued.


8. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, templates, designs, and content created by Lexis Grey during the provision of services remain the intellectual property of Lexis Grey unless otherwise stated in writing.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without prior written consent.
Any materials or information you provide to us (e.g., company documents, brand assets, or proprietary data) remain your property; however, by providing them, you grant Lexis Grey a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using any Lexis Grey materials or proprietary information and return or delete all confidential documents shared during the engagement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
